DOCA presents a new international project in collaboration with Luxe Design, a renowned interior design studio based in Corona del Mar (California, USA). This exclusive home, located in a privileged area of Newport Coast (Orange County), has been completely remodelled to offer a luxurious contemporary residential experience in every detail
The project has been awarded the NKBA Orange County prize, a recognition that highlights its excellence in design thanks to its innovation, functionality, and aesthetics.
From the outset, the main goal was to create a warm, sophisticated, and timeless atmosphere capable of integrating the different spaces of the house under a unified visual identity. To achieve this, Luxe Design relied on the quality and design of DOCA, selecting the Tiznar Stamp series as the central axis of the project.

DOCA participated in the comprehensive furnishing of the main areas of the home: the main kitchen, chef’s kitchen, bar, and dining room. Each space was carefully designed to maintain aesthetic coherence, emphasizing the purity of the lines, the texture of the materials, and the chromatic harmony characteristic of the Tiznar Stamp series.

The main kitchen combines professional functionality with refined elegance, while the chef’s kitchen incorporates high-efficiency technical solutions for everyday use. The bar and dining room complete the ensemble, creating a visual continuity that unifies the home’s social areas under a cohesive design language.

The final result reflects DOCA’s essence: a perfect fusion of timeless design, artisanal craftsmanship, and technical innovation.
The collaboration with Luxe Design has resulted in a project that celebrates Spanish design excellence on the international
stage and reaffirms DOCA’s commitment to creating functional, unique spaces full of personality.
